Can I change my shipping address?

Returns

What is your return policy?
You can return any rug within 30 days of delivery in unused, original condition.

How do I start a return?

How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned rug.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, except for damaged or defective items.

Products & Care

How do I choose the right rug size?
For living rooms, we recommend at least an 8’x10′. Check our Size Guide for room-by-room recommendations, or email us for help.

How do I clean my rug?
Vacuum regularly on a low setting without a beater bar. Blot spills immediately with a clean cloth. For washable rugs, machine wash cold on gentle cycle. Wool rugs should be professionally cleaned.

Do I need a rug pad?
We recommend a rug pad for all rugs. It prevents slipping, extends the life of the rug, and adds comfort underfoot.

Are the colors accurate?
We photograph rugs in natural light, but screen displays can vary slightly. If the color isn’t what you expected, you can return it within 30 days.
